Mentoring is a supportive relationship where experienced individuals provide guidance to young people, helping them grow personally and professionally. This process benefits young individuals by enhancing their skills, boosting their confidence, and providing valuable insights into their future paths. We currently have 5 male and 3 female mentors on board, offering one-hour weekly sessions completely free of charge for young people aged 16 to 24. Our organization, we believe that every young person deserves a supportive ear and guidance to navigate life's challenges. Many of them feel isolated, believing there’s no one to confide in, and often lack access to positive role models who can inspire and uplift them. This gap in support can leave them feeling lost and unsure of their path. Our mentoring program addresses this critical need by providing a completely confidential and platonic space where they can express themselves freely and receive the guidance they deserve. We are here to empower them, helping them discover their potential and build a brighter future.
